ODI's initial partnership with Aaron Gwin produced numerous innovations that pushed grip technology to new levels. With the new AG2 Grips, they wanted to take things even further. Started with an ultra-soft pro compound and built this into an improved knurl pattern that provides extra tackiness and control along with reduced vibration transfer. They then coupled this with an exclusive offset design that offers even more impact dampening where it is needed most, without increasing the grip diameter. We Redesigned the most impact prone portions of the grips to provide an even better feel and accurate control when riding.

NEW! LARGER DIAMETER -Grips feature a larger diameter than the original grips (30.5mm) with offset padding towards the rider for improved comfort.

NEW! SOFTER COMPOUND -Soft Pro Compound provides excellent shock absorption.

NEW! SURFACE PATTERN -Redesigned surface pattern for improved traction and vibration dampening.

NEW! IMPROVED ERGONOMICS -Redesigned Ends provide an improved feel.

ALUMINUM REINFORCED ENDS - Provide extra durability against grip blowout.

ANGLED RIB PATTERN - Thin ribs add control without a bulky feel.

SINGLE CLAMP - Uses our race-proven Version 2.1 Lock-On system.

HARD PLASTIC END - Molded over the aluminum endcap, the end provides durability but will not gouge.

Our M-Series of downhill bikes have a history and race heritage that is unrivaled. It is an unbroken chain of evolution, from the original M1 back in 1994 right through to our current offering, the M29. This latest incarnation is the culimination of over 25 years of develpment, testing, tweaking, honing and perfecting. The M-Series has moved with the times and we are confident to say that the M29 is the best downhill bike we have ever made.

We made our first 29" wheeled downhill bike way back in 2009, but it wasnt until 2017, as 29" downhill specific componenets began to appear, that things got serious. That year INTENSE team riders Jack Moir Lucas both scored exceptional second place World Cup finishes on prototype M29s... it was on. Since then the new M29 has been raced by our INTENSE Factory Racing (IFR) team on the toughest tracks in the world. IFR Junior team rider Seth Sherlock took first place at the 2019 Lenzerheide World Cup in Switzerland, as well as claiming the Canadian National Championships title. Neko Mulally also won National Championships title, this time in the US, and Aaron Gwin took the M29 to the World Cup podium. The team continues to work closely with us here at INTENSE on the ongoing development of our bikes and exciting future projects.
