After registering your bike, submit your claim with photos of the serial numbers, both sides of the bike, and any damage.

INTENSE WARRANTY PROMISE

INTENSE promises that your frame will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. This limited warranty applies to the original owner and subsequent owner. The original owner must register his/her purchase within 90 days on the INTENSE website. INTENSE will, at its discretion, repair or replace any frame that it determines to be defective during the warranty period. In order to exercise your right under the INTENSE Limited Warranty Policy, the frameset must be presented to an authorized INTENSE dealer, INTENSE distributor or via the INTENSE website, together with the proof of purchase. INTENSE cannot accept collect shipments and is not responsible for more than one way travel expenses, but may authorize pre-paid shipping through a return authorization (RA).
