RETURN POLICY

INTENSE LLC wants you to love your new bike! If you don’t, simply send it back for a full refund* (Please note that all items purchased during our FLASH SALE/Black Friday are final sale and non-refundable due to the exceptional discounts offered. We cannot accommodate returns or exchanges for these items. Thank you for understanding!)

  • All returns must be shipped in original packaging, be fully insured and include RA# and proof of purchase. 
  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • New, unused products must be returned in the same condition in which you received it, and with the original box and/or packaging, including manufacturer tags where applicable. You must provide a receipt or other proof of purchase acceptable to Intense.
  • *In the event the bike has been ridden, we accept returns under the following conditions:
  • Bike is in excellent “as new” condition with no damage o Bike has been issued a “Return Authorization Number.” Follow instructions below to get your RA#.
  • Bike is shipped back to us within 14 days of when you received it. (Please note: it can take up to 72 hours to get a Return Authorization approved, so if you think you may want to return it, please start the process a few days early.)
  • INTENSE LLC will not accept returns on products that have sustained visible damage. In the event of minor scratches, INTENSE LLC reserves the right to deduct damage from refund amount. Maximum amount of deduction on returnable items is $500. Items incurring more than $500 worth of damage will not be accepted. Intense LLC reserves the right to assess cost of damage.
  • You must provide proof of purchase with any return. 

BIKE RETURNS

The fastest way to exchange a product is to return your original purchase and place a new order at the same time. Immediately placing a new order ensures that you will receive the new product quickly and that it won’t go out of stock while you wait for an exchange. Just place a new order and return your original product. You will receive a full refund for products returned in new, unused condition and store credit (issued in the form of credits applied to your account) for the return of a used product in good condition as described above. Refunds and credits are issued promptly upon receipt of your return by our Returns Department. Call or chat with one of our representatives in our Customer Service Department at (951) 296-9596 x228 if you would prefer to make an exchange without setting up a new order.

  1. Please fill out the RETURN claim below.
  2. RETURNS meeting acceptable criteria will be issued a Return Authorization Number (RA#) 
  3. You will be sent an email including your RA#. 
  4. You are responsible for return shipping costs. INTENSE LLC recommends a UPS store or Bike Flights: www.bikeflights.com 
  5. You are responsible for properly packaging your bike so it incurs no damage. INTENSE LLC reserves the right to deduct the cost of any shipping damage caused by improperly packed items.
  6.  Please allow up to 15 days for INTENSE LLC to receive bike and issue credit. Refunds are credited to original form of payment only. 
  7. We will send you an email confirmation when your return is received. 
  8. If your bike was purchased in conjunction with a promotional item (Race Day Wheels, Gift with Purchase), INTENSE LLC will cancel your promotional item (if not yet shipped). If you have already received the promotional item(s), you are required to return with the bike. INTENSE LLC reserves the right to deduct the amount of the promotional item from your original purchase price if the item is not returned in “sellable” condition. 
  9. RETURNS WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS & GIFTS WITH PURCHASE

Price Adjustments If previously purchased merchandise is marked down within fourteen (14) days of the original order date, INTENSE CYCLES will adjust the price of an item, once.

  • Eligible refunds will be applied to your original form of payment 

GIFTS WITH PURCHASE

During Intense promotions, we may occasionally offer a GIFT WITH PURCHASE. If you have purchased from us within our return window of fourteen (14) days, we will offer you the gift item if the product you purchased meets the requirements for the GWP promotion.

Purchases made outside the 14 day window do not qualify for the GWP.

*All exchanges must be of equal or lesser value. We will contact you prior to accepting returns on complete bikes to ensure an expedited exchange/return process.
