  • Your discount code applies to all bikes, frames, apparel, small parts and accessories (excluding the INTENSE M1, DJ & Tazer MX Models).
  • You will receive a new code for January-June and a replacement code for July-December.
  • Any type of abuse on the site will result in your account closing permanently.
  • Do not share an order or discount details with retailers. Doing so will result in your account closing permanently.
  • Orders are shipped via FedEx/UPS ground or other freight carriers.
  • Shipping charge is $49.99 per frame ordered, $94.99 per complete bicycle for the lower 48.
  • No shipping internationally.
  • Product is subject to availability at order processing time.
  • No backorders allowed.
  • Allow 2 weeks for delivery.
  • We have a 14-day return policy from receipt of the product to request a return. After that window there will be a restocking fee of 25% to return from day 14 to 30. After 30 days, there are no returns allowed.
  • Number of orders may not exceed 2 per 180-day period.

  • Purchases may not be resold before 1 year after delivery. Selling on any third-party site is strictly prohibited. Doing so will result in immediate termination of expert discount benefits.
  • INTENSE does not support shipping to APO, FPO, DPO or PO Boxes.
