SoCal-born mountain bike brand opens showroom next to the famous San Clemente Dog Park trails, bringing free bike demos, post-ride beers, and community events to local riders.
SAN CLEMENTE, Calif. - Sept. 8, 2026 - INTENSE Cycles, the mountain bike brand built and raced out of Temecula, California, for three decades, announces the opening of its new INTENSE Speed Shop San Clemente. The new offices and showroom sit on the east end of the Dog Park trails, putting INTENSE within a short pedal of some of the best MTB terrain on the SoCal coast.
The new San Clemente location gives riders a place to experience the rich history of the brand, demo the INTENSE lineup for free, swap stories over a post-ride beer, and connect with the local riding community through regular events hosted right outside the shop.

Come on down and demo the new Tazer ebike courtesy of Bosch, or try out the the iconic Spider — there's lots of historical flair to check out and brews on tap. INTENSE Cycles hasn't felt this intense in a while!" said Jeff Steber, INTENSE Founder.
The Speed Shop's grand opening party took place this past Friday and was one for the books, with over 250 INTENSE fans coming out to celebrate alongside partner brands Bosch and Pizza Port. The evening kicked off with the premiere of a video featuring the INTENSE team, shot on the Dog Park trails, followed by local bands Citrus Jr. and Nihilist, who brought a whole new energy to what the local community knows as an MTB party.
