INTENSE Cycleworks LLC "Win the Trail eMTB of the year, and customize it! " Sweepstakes – Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

The INTENSE Cycleworks LLC "Win the Trail eMTB of the year, and customize it! " Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by INTENSE Cycleworks LLC ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the forty-seven (47) eligible United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Residents of Florida, New York, and Rhode Island are not eligible to enter or win.

Employees, officers, directors, agents, dealers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies of Sponsor, and each of their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

Void in Florida, New York, Rhode Island, and where otherwise prohibited by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on Friday, July 24, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on Friday, December 18, 2026 ("Sweepstakes Period").

Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

Eligible individuals may enter the Sweepstakes by following the entry instructions published in the official Sweepstakes announcement during the Sweepstakes Period.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

Limit one (1) entry per person, unless otherwise stated in the official Sweepstakes announcement. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify duplicate, fraudulent, automated, or incomplete entries.

5. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded.

The winner will have the opportunity to build a custom INTENSE bicycle on the 3D Configurator with a maximum retail value ("ARV") of up to Eight Thousand U.S. Dollars (US $8,000).

The final bicycle configuration:

  • Must be approved by Sponsor.

  • Is subject to product and component availability.

  • May not exceed an MSRP of US $8,000.

  • Is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash except at Sponsor's sole discretion.

  • Any upgrades or options exceeding the maximum prize value are the sole responsibility of the winner unless otherwise approved by Sponsor.

6. Tazer Purchase Refund Promotion

Any eligible entrant who purchases a new INTENSE 2027 Tazer E-MTB bicycle directly from Sponsor during the Sweepstakes Period, prior to the Grand Prize drawing, and is subsequently selected as the Grand Prize winner, will receive a refund of the actual purchase price paid for the qualifying 2027 Tazer E-MTB bicycle.

The refund:

  • Applies only to qualifying Tazer bicycle purchases made during the sweepstakes period, and before the winner is selected.

  • Is limited to one (1) qualifying purchase.

  • Does not include applicable taxes, shipping charges, installation, financing charges, accessories, apparel, or other optional products or services unless expressly stated by Sponsor.

  • Will be issued using the original payment method whenever reasonably possible.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify purchase eligibility before issuing any refund.

7. Winner Selection

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

The random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative on ADD DATE OF AND TIME OF DRAWING.

8. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified using the contact information provided with the winning entry.

The potential winner must respond within seven (7) calendar days of the initial notification attempt.

If the potential winner:

  • cannot be contacted,

  • fails to respond within the required time,

  • is determined to be ineligible,

  • declines the prize, or

  • fails to complete any required documentation,

Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

9. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

10. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of the prize. Sponsor may require completion of any tax documentation required by law before awarding the prize.

11. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, likeness, city and state of residence, photographs, video, statements, and social media content for advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation or notice.

12. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or any other cause impairs the integrity or proper administration of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

Sponsor's decisions regarding all matters relating to the Sweepstakes are final and binding.

13. Release of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless INTENSE Cycleworks LLC and its respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, dealers, and promotional partners from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, except where prohibited by law.

14. Privacy

Information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used solely in accordance with Sponsor's applicable Privacy Policy and for the administration of this Sweepstakes.

15. Social Media Disclaimer

If promoted through Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, or any other social media platform:

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, or any other social media platform. By participating, entrants completely release each platform from any responsibility related to this Sweepstakes.

16. Governing Law

The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

17. Winner List

To request the name of the winner, send a request to info@intensecycles.com within sixty (60) days following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes.
