EVOLUTION OF EXCELLENCE.
The M1 has 203mm (linear) / 212mm (progressive) of rear travel and is built around a 6-link, high-pivot, 6061-T6 aluminum frame. The M1 is a race-proven winner. Designed for a 279 wheelset, developed, and perfected by our engineers and the INTENSE Factory Racing team on the World Cup circuit to be the fastest downhill bike.
FEATURES
ALLOY FRAME
The M1 is crafted from high-performance 6061 alu-minum and features a full downtube armor for im-pact protection, and an integrated mudguard to shield the frame from debris—keeping your shock clean and running smoothly.
HIGH PIVOT
High-pivot bikes, especially in downhill applications, have proven to provide amazing performance and podiums. The rearward axle path of the M1 moves the rear wheel out of the way of trail obstacles, for forward momentum and control. The position of the idler pulley reduces the effects of chain growth, eliminating pedal kickback.
ULTIMATE SET-UP
The M1’s 6-Link suspension design offers two shock mount positions, allowing you to choose between Linear and Progressive settings without changing your geometry. The Linear position provides 203mm of travel with a 27% progression rate, while the Pro-gressive setting delivers 212mm of travel with a 31% progression rate.
EASY TO WORK ON
Fully internal cable routing keeps the frame clean, organized, and quiet while protecting your cables from wear and the elements.
FULL SIZE HEADTUBE
The full-size ZS56/ZS56 headtube, with a 63º head angle, allows you to run a 0-10mm reach adjustment headset. These adjustments mean that you can set the bike up to suit your riding style, personal preferences, and track conditions.
THREADED BB
The M1's threaded bottom bracket is the preferred choice for maintenance-minded riders, offering reliable, creak-free perfor-mance over the long haul.
