EXCHANGE AND RETURNS

Intense offers a full refund within 14 days from date of purchase on new, unridden bikes only (including outlet bikes unless specifically noted). Bike must be in new condition and be free from scratches, damage or any signs of wear.  Returns must be accompanied by all original packaging, paperwork, tooling and accessories including proof of purchase and any applicable tags. Returns made after 14 days and before 30 days from date of purchase will be issued credit in amount of original purchase. No returns or exchanges after 30 days of purchase. Demo bike sales are final. No returns or exchanges accepted. Bikes that have been ridden or show other signs of wear will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Refund Process: Please contact Intense Customer Service and request to return your bike. You will be issued a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please include the Return Authorization number on the outside of the box when you ship back. The cost and insurance for the return shipping is covered by the purchaser.  When your return is received and inspected, we will contact you with the status of your return and pending credit. In the event that the condition of a return was misrepresented at the time of Return Authorization procedure, Intense reserves the right to refuse your return.

Intense monitors account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts based on order or returns behavior.



*All exchanges must be of equal or lesser value. We will contact you prior to accepting returns on complete bikes to ensure an expedited exchange/return process.
