INTENSE Spider + SRAM + RockShox + Zipp + Continental + SDG Components Giveaway – Official Rules

ELIGIBILITY

This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of INTENSE Cycles, SRAM, RockShox, Zipp, Continental and SDG and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses), as well as those living in the same household (whether related or not), are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of INTENSE Cycles, which are final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway.

GIVEAWAY PERIOD

The giveaway begins on April 10, 2025, and ends on May 30, 2025 at 11:59 PM PT. The winner will be randomly selected and announced on July 1, 2025.

HOW TO ENTER

To enter, participants must subscribe to the INTENSE Cycles newsletter via the official giveaway landing page. Only verified, completed entries will be considered eligible. Limit one entry per person.

All valid email entries will be automatically subscribed to both the INTENSE Cycles, SRAM, RockShox, Zipp, Continental and SDG email newsletters. These emails may be used for future promotional purposes, content marketing, and digital communications. Emails will not be shared, sold, or made publicly viewable.

ODDS OF WINNING

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the giveaway period.

WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

One (1) winner will be selected at random on June 1, 2025. The winner will be contacted via the email provided at entry. If the winner does not respond within 36 hours, fails to meet eligibility requirements, or does not accept the prize, a new winner may be selected at INTENSE’s discretion.

INTENSE is not responsible for any issues related to email delivery, spam filtering, or incorrect contact information.

RIGHTS GRANTED BY ENTRANTS

By entering this giveaway, you agree that INTENSE Cycles and SRAM may use your email address for marketing, promotional, or advertising purposes. You also agree to allow INTENSE and SRAM to use your name, likeness, and submitted content (where applicable) in promotional materials, without additional compensation or permission, unless prohibited by law.

All collected email addresses will be used solely by INTENSE Cycles and SRAM. They will not be sold, transferred, or shared with third parties and will not be publicly viewable.

GENERAL TERMS

INTENSE Cycles reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor impairs the integrity of the giveaway. INTENSE also reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering, you release and hold harmless INTENSE Cycles, SRAM, and their respective affiliates, employees, officers, and agents from any and all liability for injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation or use of any prize.

DISPUTES

This giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California. All disputes shall be resolved individually and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Riverside County, California. Entrants waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.
