INTENSE Podium Payback Program Rules & Regulations

• Riders must be registered to participate HERE 

• If you are under 18 years of age you must have parent/ guardian consent to join

• Bike must be Registered via the INTENSE website HERE

• Must ride a 2021 or newer INTENSE model for bike to be eligible
• The INTENSE logo must be unobstructed and intact
• Race winners will be paid out to 5th place, there must be 2 racers that complete the race behind you in your category to qualify (5th place with 7 racers = reward & 5th place with 6 racers = no reward)

•  All winnings must be claimed by within 30 days of the race at -  https://intensecycles.com/pages/podium-payback-program and entering your race results and information. 

• Gift Card will be issued once results are entered and authenticated by INTENSE staff member and will expire at end of current year. 

•  Amateur class contingency will be issued as store credit that can only be redeemed at a participating Intense dealership or online at  https://intensecycles.com/pages/podium-payback-program 

•  INTENSE reserves the right to decide which events and classes are eligible for INTENSE Contingency
• INTENSE contingency Gift Cards cannot be used in INTENSE dealers, they are only to be used on intensecycles.com
•  INTENSE Contingency Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash

•  It is the rider's responsibility to resolve any disputes with the race organizations 

• Riders falsifying claims will be automatically disqualified from the program (Falsified claims may result in legal action)
