GET TO KNOW THE RIDERS THAT MAKE UP THE PALMER PROJECT.
STARTING RIDING AT WHAT AGE
WAS THERE AN EXPERIENCE YOU HAD THAT MADE YOU DECIDE YOU WANTED TO RACE BIKES FULL TIME?
My dad raced when I was growing up, ever since then I've wanted to make it my career.
WHAT IS YOUR GOAL WITH RACING?
My goals are to make it to the top at the world cup level, while having fun doing it.
WHO PLAYS THE BIGGEST ROLE IN SUPPORTING YOUR RACING?
My Mom and Dad without a doubt, they would take me to the East coast every weekend so I could race. Growing up in Michigan made it difficult to spend time on a downhill bike, so it wasn't easy to just leave all the time. They did everything they could and gave me all the opportunities to race professionally.
WHAT PERSON / PEOPLE INSPIRE YOU? HOW?
Any athlete in a different sport from mine, especially friends. Its awesome to see other people killing it and chasing their dreams. It keeps me motivated to keep chasing mine.
Ben and Jerrys Ice cream. (Milk and Cookies)
Anything in Flagstaff AZ or Mountain Creek.
WHAT WAS YOUR FIRST BIKE?
It was called a Cheetah that a friend of mine (John Malinowski) let me borrow for a season. It was probably the most blown out bike you could ride but it made it down the track.
I wouldn't be where I'm at today if it wasn't for riding that bike my first season.
h3>GIVE ONE FUN FACT ABOUT ONE OF YOUR TEAMMATES
My teammate and roommate Lucas is the "Tinder" king.
SOMETHING THAT NOT MANY PEOPLE KNOW ABOUT YOU
I also attend Northern Arizona University studying Business marketing. Its a challenge being a full time student and racing but it keeps me busy.
